Shipping and Returns

Shipping and handling to the buyer is free!  Purchases made in the Austin-area will be hand delivered.  All other deliveries will be made by FedEx or UPS. 

Returns:  Satisfaction is guaranteed!  I want you to be happy with your painting! The buyer has 10 days to decide whether to keep the painting or return it in its original condition for a full refund.  The painting must be carefully wrapped and packaged (instructions will be given) and returned within (5) five days of notifying me of the return.  

If the buyer does not do not notify me of his or her intent to return the work within 10 days of receipt of the painting or he or she does not ship the work within (5) five days of notifying me of the return, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.  

Return Shipping Costs:  Generally, if the artwork was accurately described (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the buyer is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the buyer is held responsible for return costs. 

If the work was misrepresented (either in the photograph or in the description) or if the artwork was damaged in shipment, the buyer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
